2. Follow the registration instructions
3. If approved, visit Boalsburg Apothecary 3901 South Street Boalsburg, PA to complete the test.
4. Once you arrive at the pharmacy parking lot, please stay in your vehicle.
5. Call the pharmacy at 814-466-7936 and let a pharmacy staff member know you are here to complete a COVID-19 test.
6. Someone will take your information and help you complete the test
